Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased from ceduire.com for any reason, you may of course return it at your own expense within 14 days.
If the product(s) which you recived was wrong size or wrong color, please contact our customer service at support@ceduire.com. We will help you to solve (return/ change) it.

To be eligible for a return, all the following conditions must be met:
  •  Returned product(s) must be in the original condition that you received.
  • The returned products have not been damaged, washed, altered or worn.
  •  All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
  • All return must be authorized. To authorize the return, please contact our customer service at support@ceduire.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 14 days of your delivery date.

Additional terms and conditions:
  •  This policy applies only to product(s) you purchase directly from ceduire.com.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable. We will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.
  • Ceduire is not responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the order. You must prepay all shipping charges and you shall take full responsibility of loss or damage to the product while in transit to ceduire.
  • Refunds will be issued to original method of payment within 8-10 business days of ceduire’s receipt of product(s). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Stockings must for hygienic reasons be returned unworn and in their unopened, original packing with the label and price tag attached. If not, they cannot be returned, as well as gift wrapping and laundry bags. After receiving the order, we kindly ask you to check whether the content of the package matches your order. If this is not the case, please contact support@ceduire.com .

*If a returned product doesn’t meet the above mentioned standards, the webshop may refuse the returned product.
